WORLD WAR IV
The Russian federation is at war, and will use any and all means necessary to defeat the enemies that have used nuclear weapons to attack us. The only acceptable peace is an unconditional surrender of the AF and the remaining USA forces to the Coalition. Until that condition is met Russia will retaliate. Noting that AF has targeted civilian cities for bombardment, Russia will reform its military policy. Instead of attacking military targets only and risking lives of Russians and security to minimize civilian casulaties, Russia from now on will treat every citizen of an enemy country as an enemy, and will take no prisoners. Russia will kill every citizen of USA and AF possible up until an unconditional surrender of those countries. Same policies apply to all other nations Russia is at war with.

Since the CER has continually used biological weapons against civialans, and now wants to volate every genveva convention, the Philippines yet again breaks all diplomatic, social , and economic ties and urges them to retract there decloration of war to inoccent people, children, women, everybody.
Untill the CER cohears to the Genva Convention and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we will remian this way. And urges the CER to retract the statement.
