Good little features in previous installment that are inexplicable removed in Civ VI

After a week of non-stop playing I find the following feature I'm familiar with from previous Civ games missing:

- No option to map your own hotkeys
- No Hall of Fame and no replay after game
- No automatic saving on Turn 0 and option to re-reoll in game
- No option to save default game start settings
- Effects of changes do not automatically update after changes are made (e.g. turns to population grow, envoy benefit e.g.)

Does any of the above bother anyone else? Or is it just me not adapting.

I really want the ability to reroll the map on turn one returned. I am going to do this anyway, why make it harder when it was a feature in the previous game? Saving default game setting would be cool as well.

How about the quaint decision to remove movement shortkeys period?

Hall of Fame, re-rolling on turn 0, and removing customization options for Civ, leader and city names are the biggest grievances for me.
