GOTM 31 Saves Now Available

I just started summer break and I have some extra time on my hands so I'm making my first official attempt at GOTM. However, I did play in seasons 1 & 3 of the tournament which is medal play now (I think). Things are definately different than what it used to be with the add-ons and the different skill levels.

I'm feeling lucky so I'm going to start out in the open class.

OK, since it is now relevant to my game:

Can someone explain lethal land and sea bombardment?

Does it mean that bombers can engage and destroy a target in one turn, or does it mean that you can reduce a target to 0 hit points (instead of just one) using bombers, such that I could use artillery to red line a target, and finish it off with a bomber?

Lethal bombardment means you can reduce a unit to 0 HP effectively destroying the unit; rather than reducing it to 1 HP.

Lethal sea bombardment = Only works against sea units.
Lethal land bombardment = Only works against land units.
