I'm just wondering what I should do if I want to get a Great Prophet, or Engineer ect, should I just switch the specialists or cottage the spare tiles, work them then put a load of specialists in one of my other cities that has say the Hanging Gardens where i'm garenteed to get an Engineer?
As I understand it just swapping in my science city would mean I only have a chance of getting a different great person due to the Great Libraries GP going towards Scientists.
p.s. I think this is the most effective science city I have ever had, I usually just cottage everything but decided to try a specialist science city and looks to be working awesome atm.
