I would propose same settings as last time (see first post), but:
c3c 1.22
emperor level
we are not allowed to build The Statue of Zeus or The Knights Templar; if we capture them, we don't take advantage of the units they build, but disband them immediately
naval units allowed: curraghs, galleys, caravels, galleons (removed transports just for the look of them; if we need them we are dead anyways)
no scientific leaders
normal agression
Regarding artillery...I would prefer doing without again or with catapults only; trebuchets don't really fit in, dont you think so? We can take full advantage of the improved c3c armies though.
@bede (regarding modding): I made I c3c scenario with all units but the named disabled for the romans, nothing else changed - think I have some more experience with it now, but you can check below.
