Which city still has its walls up?

The only walls I saw in China were at the Great Wall and the city walls of Dali (and that's not it because there are no skyscrapers there). Skyline looks Shanghainese though. That's suspiciously like the Financial Centre and the ugly tower on the far right.

And for the record, since this is taken from the Pudong side it seems, Pudong is part of Shanghai
