Guess the Map II: witty sequel titles failed me

What on earth is in written language in Liechtenstein but not Switzerland...? I don't think there's really any difference between the two countries' version of Alemannic...

I as a Swiss have been thinking about this for days now, and I really can't come up with something... I have to give up... Give us another hint or solve the thing so that we can move on.

I think that we need a rather obvious hint, and I'm going to ask you recheck your data set, west india man. The inclusion of Liechtenstein to the exclusion of Switzerland is just bizarre if we're going on language. Even if it's not the majority / native language of the countries, there's no immigrant population in Liechtenstein not found in Switzerland....

Countries with mandatory English language education?

Countries whose native populace have trouble pronouncing certain English letters, i.e. "L", or something similar?

English as the lingua franca?

Countries that have two vowels next to each other in their name.

:lol:I think that works, hell of a map if right

And Cote D'ivoire
Edit: and Taiwan (but that could pass as Republic of China..)
I do think that's it. With a few minor mistakes.
