No clue about the other three. Is one of them EURATOM?

Cyan is everyone not in the Warsaw Pact, even Yugoslavia, Yellow is the Inner Six plus Greece and Turkey, Orange is the Inner Six plus Turkey, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, UK, Ireland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.
