Time to bring this back.

Taken from a story I read today. If you read similar things to me, then you've seen it.

Scale goes from best to worst:

Orange
Red
Light Blue (New York)
Blue
Purple
Teal
Grey

Honestly I'm rather surprised by this map.

Weirdly enough, yesterday I was debating whether or not to bump this thread.

Anyways, as for the map, hmm, does it have to do with education?

Education plays a large part, yes.

Avg education level seems like a good one.
(It looks eerily similar to some other maps of the US)

It's more specific than that, but yes, along that line of thought.

Graduations per Capita?

By education, I mean what education should impart upon people.

Knowledge of some specific thing?

Is it knowledge of a certain type of action that should be taken?

Certain level of college degree (i.e. Bachelor's) per capita?

It's a bit more abstract than that. It's a concept.
