Haiku Instead?

I've never thought much
Of formulaic verse anyway
And rhymes are not my forte

Nuclear Warfare
An end to Humanity
monkeys reign supreme

syllables and lines
break the unity of thought--
god alone is all

You think you're big
With your fancy little words
This is not so hard

scorn me all you might
still i'll love you all the more
so it makes me sad

Isn't this thread old?
The dead should be left in peace,
Not mocked with bad poems!

Play Crusader Kings:
Worship Ahura Mazda,
Tumble with sister!

A lady named Bright
Travelled much faster than light
Relativity

She set out one day
Came back the previous night
That's not a jiffy

Haikuricks are hard :(

wow, this dates back to

me being a total noob

uncomfortable

Sheets of blue ice crack
Shards hold the sky in pieces—
“Holographic, !”

Edit: The auto censor bleeped out Jesse Pinkman's favorite word!

I'll try to compose serious haiku, also to practice my English, lets see:

the moon float
in the pitch dark sky
without (e)motion

An old drunk
Lectures on the importance
of consciousness
