Nope they're still domiciled in the US. It will undoubtedly reduce their government contract business but they're in the process of selling KBR anyhow.

That's the construction and engineering unit that gets the no bid contracts. That business accounts for 50% of revenue but only 20% of profit. I think they're trying to get back to their core high margin oil service biz.
 
I read it in a paper here in Ottawa, but this is the same list. The article doesn't have much to do with the list.

Slightly off-topic, but NZ being "business friendly" is a joke. The measures are VERY subjective.
