Has the media forgotten what belongs on Page One?

That would obviously be covered the first part of my sentence. Do you actually deny that many Republicans continue to try to deliberately dismantle governmental inspections of any sort under the absurd pretense of "limited government"?

And if you want extensive coverage of this sordid trial, why don't you read the tabloids which just love this sort of sensationalism?

NY Daily News: More shocking details revealed in murder trial of abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell

Gosnell's cash-only abortion clinic catered to minority patients, but his many members of his staff had not received proper medical training.
The daily coverage of this trial doesn't belong on page one of any respectable newspaper with the possible exception of the local ones.

I quoted the reason in this case.
Again, why do you personally find that so important?
Did you read the OP or any of the sources I quoted later as to the reasons this case should have gotten more attention?

That the LAMESTREAM media is indeed LAME. Slate and the Atlantic had more integrity I thought than to bow to summons from Mt. Doom on what to cover and how to cover it.

I prefer the opinions of tens of thousands of reputable professionals instead of the rhetoric of a handful of individuals. That is particularly true when many of them clearly have quite dubious agendas to have this particular case over-hyped by more than the usual suspects who pander to sensationalism instead of journalistic integrity. YMMV.

Again, this case has alreadly had far more than its share of 15 minutes of internet infamy long ago. All that is left is for the inevitable verdict to be handed down.

Was the Gosnell Grand Jury investigation serving the right wing agenda of The Usual Suspects (tm) when they came to the conclusion I quoted wrt there being no inspections?
@ Azale: What fault do you find with the argument both publications put forth?
