Have you ever had a parentheses smiley error?

I sometimes like to use the : eek : smiley inside of parentheses and I keep forgetting to space out the closing parenthesis. That means I wind up with eek in my post instead of eek: )

I haver just learned to always separate my smilies by at least one space from any parenthesis.

You can get it to work without the extra space as well.

just put something like [b][/b] inbetween the : and the ).

The thread could have been moved to another forum but then there wouldn't be a need to delete the post.

Hmmmmm, what happens if a thread your looking at is moved to a forum that you don't have acess to?

Once you tried to post it would probably have an error saying that you do not have permission to post in this thread, either because its locked or in a forum that you don't have access to. Jumping to other forums should still work and as long as you don't refresh the page you could continue viewing the thread.
