In my country it's pretty popular sport. I just want to know, how many outlandish people know about it.

P.S. I come from Finland.

'course I've heard of it, I play it :)

It's pretty popular in Switzerland as well (if I'm to believe our floorball association they have the 2nd most licenced players of any team sports (behind football, obviously)

we call it Unihockey, btw

THats what we call it, we used to play it in primary school alot, i didn't know that were actual teams playing this! You learn something every day :)

I didn't know floorball, but I know floor hockey/street hockey. However, this version of the game looks different, with the wiffle ball.

yeah, it's not the same as street hockey. not only is the ball different, the rules or contact are more like those in football than those in hockey (no checking, basically).

ah yes we play it in school and other youth organisations but their is no Unihockey association in my country as far as i know.

I am a Finn, too, and I used to play it. So I have heard of it, yes.

Ok, only 5 people knew what it was. :(

it's next to unknown as an organized sport outside of scandinavia, finland, czech rep and switzerland. (the US and UK have about 600 licenced players each, compared to over 130000 in Sweden )

I know of it, like it and play it at least once a week. For fun and the exercise.
