Hello,
I am writing to ask if there is some kind soul that can help me create a few civilizations and religions for play for myself and a friend. We wish for some 'fantasy civs' to play with, as playing traditional civs on a random map feels weird and incongruent.
However, neither of us can create mods. I did down-load the mod buddy, in an attempt to learn how, but it is like looking at Greek writing to me, and looking at it backwards (and maybe upside down, too). I wish there was simply an editor or interface that would allow me to name the civ, chose some special features unique for that civ, maybe with stock artistry, list some cities to appear randomly, and save, and play. But, alas.
Some of these civs we aiming for include:
1. The Cyrene- a civilization modeled after the Twelve Colonies of Kobal in Battlestar Galactica. We chose Cyrene as the name because the system that the colony worlds are located in is the Cyrannus system, which is the masculine form of the name Cyrene, a greek goddess. Nevertheless, the expected names for the cities would be the names of the colonies
2. The Minbari- the civilization modeled after the people in Babylon 5.

3. The Hani - a feline humanoid... think Thundercats and Tundarians.
4. The Mehendo’Sat- a primate like humanoid
5. The Kiff- a reptilian like humanoid
6. The Stsho - an avian like humanoid
Bill Fawcett's Guardians of the Three series
7. The Mrem- another feline humanoid
8. Lackish- another reptilian humanoid.
9. I also recently got into the series the 100 on Netflex, and was thinking on somehow adding a few civilizations based on those cultures too.
Additionally, we were thinking of a few religions to add, based off of some of these civs already listed.
If there is anyone that can help, contribute, assist, I would be most thankful.
