Having kids is one, if not the greatest thing us humans can do in our sometimes meaningless lifes. I've became an uncle (and godfather) 21 months ago and I've been on cloud nine since that day. I can only imagine how being a dad must feel. I'm genuinely happy for you!

My congratulations to you and your wife! I pray that your daughter will have many happy years ahead of her, and will grow up to find a world that is much brighter and more peaceful than our own.
In the meantime, if you push her hard, you can probably get her playing "diety level" by the age of 2 years.
Now, off to start a game of Civ in honor of Michelle!
