I guess it's good for Great Zimbabwe, but overall the food isn't too plentiful; it's generally better to have it concentrated on one tile since citizens can only work 1 tile at a time.
Most people put farms on that wheat. But it will really kick in when when you get feudalism and get farming triangles. I see 4 triangles. More if you move the settler, though I would probably settle in place.
A little bit of lack of production, but you have 3 nearby hills, and another hill not too far away. And then the copper real far away. I would lumbermill those 2 forest tiles as well. Chop the hills one obviously. Not a lot to chop, but I'd take it.
Not to shabby with a waterwheel: 4f1p, 5f1p&6f1p with feudalism and 6f1p & 7f1p with replacable parts. so it is not bad, but food isn't that great right now, I hope high food cities will be better with GS-
