Unlikely. She did a mediocre job at best, no democratic administration is going to want her, and any republican is not going to want anything to tie them to that era without a good reason, and Rice's record is not a compelling reason to bring her back at all.

It's unlikely he'll get his dad's old post. There's talk of him being appointed to the EPA, but I wouldn't want that either. Honestly, the AG is probably the biggest post in the cabinet that I can't pin down a likely candidate or two for. It could go to Janet Napolitano, Artur Davis, Eric Holder, Deval Patrick, hell, this is Hillary's best shot at a cabinet post.
