Out of curiosity, I took note of each of the honorifics that come when you pick social policies.

Tradition: Lord X of Y
Liberty: (Guessing Consul -- PROBABLE)
Honor: X the Great of Y
Piety: X the Pious of Y
Patronage: X the Enlightened of Y
Commerce: Doge X of Y
Rationalism: (Guessing Wise -- PROBABLE)
Freedom: President X of Y
Autocracy: (Guessing Terrible)
Order: Chairman X of Y

The "PROBABLE" ones are based on noting that an AI had the title, and had completed that social policy. I think I have the Patronage one wrong.

It's a small thing, but it's a subtle piece of intel: if you meet Lord X of Y, you probably don't have to worry about expansionism until later. Maybe.

so if they have multiple social policies, which honorific do they use?

It uses (1) the one you have the most in, (2) the one you picked most recently.

So if you have 4 Piety, and then you pick a Commerce SP, you're still The Pious.

There's an odd seeming-bug where I picked Free Religion, then finished Tradition branch, and then finished Freedom branch: I went from Doge Gandhi to Gandhi the Pious to Lord Gandhi and then it didn't make me President.
