HOW DO I : Change the border/CIV color...

Ok gang, I am going both blind and crazy trying to sort through all the mods and additions to the new game I bought. I recently added Warlords to my addictions and have come across one annoyance...the ugly orange color my civ seems to keep getting stuck with as its color.
Anyone out there know of a simple way to change just that? I havent beaten the game, yet, and dont wanna get crazy with a lot of mods, just the color thing that will work in both mulitplayer and single player.
C'mon now brainiacs, help me out...

Okay hope this helps when I want to change the color to my civilization I just go under which in your case you with Warlords you will do the following:

c:\Programs Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\ Warlords\Assets\XML\Civilizations
Than you will right click on CIV4 CivilizationsInfos and click on edit there it will bring up a list of all civs with cities and there corresponding colors find the civ you want to change and change it and make sure you press save and thats it. Here you can also rename cities or add cities also. I am also new to this, also since you are changing everythins at the core of the game files you need to make sure you type everything correctly or else it will give you an error. Hope this helps you.
