No pictures, but since you are (I think) a prison guard in germany, I think of something out of Hogan's Heroes.

It's my first job in a prison though, and it is in Belgium, more accurately in the suburbia of Brussels. And it is a minimum-security one, so it didn't require some kind of intense training or learning on how to handle with the inmates. Basically, we are just one big family.
