How do you maximize your Civilization Rating?

It seems there's a limit on the score you can have just by conquest?
In Emperor level, you easily have more than 100%, but to attain really big scores, around 300%, you must do something else, or is it possible if you conquer other civs really quick to have 300%?

Your Percent score depends on three factors

1) Type of ending and time of ending. You can end by Conquest, Spacerace or Resign at 2020
2) Your Civilizations Score - Civ Pts
3) The Difficulty Level

This is an example:

At Emperor Level you get 2% for 20 points. So building a wonder will give you an boost of 2%. At Chieftain you'll need 100 points (or 5 wonders) for 2%. I don't know how much percent you actually get for your civ points, but the difficulty level makes a difference.

So you can try to have an early finish, or just maximize your civilization score (happy citizens, long times of peace, wonders, no pollution (as pollution decreases your amount of civpoints)
