How is the score for religion calculated?

So I know mostly how the score is calculated, eg. a Wonder gives you (on standard settings) 25 points, etc.

But what eludes me is how the religious score is calculated.

I'm guessing you get points for followers of your religion and having created a religion?
How are the points distributed? How many points do you get for enhancing your religion?
Do you get points for beliefs? (eg does Theodora get more points for her religion?)
do you get points for owning a holy city for a religion you have not created?

Does anybody know?

Are you sure? I was under the impression that founding a religion does give you a score boost.

61 points for establishing a religion, more for enhancing it, etc.
Hover over your score (or even others' if you are using EUI) to see an itemization.

In globaldefines.xml I found:
SCORE_BELIEF_MULTIPLIER with a value of 20
SCORE_RELIGION_CITIES_MULTIPLIER with a value of 1

So I guess when you found a religion you indeed get 61.
20 per belief (including pantheon) and 1 for the city.

You do in Brave New World... I don't think you do in God and Kings.
