How old are you? (The eternal one, with birthdates!)

When were you born?

Seriously? It seems very strange. A bit like being in secondary school, where age and seniority were all important.

I third Lucy's sentiments.
These people born in 1997 are getting a VOICE and a PERSONALITY now. They are growing up. Crazy times.

This thread has been started in 2007. Since then, I'm sure the demographics of CFC have changed.

It would be interesting to start a new poll to see if CFC gets older with its members or, at the opposite, if it renews its members generation.

But, but, but I remember when I was 15. Like it was only yesterday. No, it really was only yesterday. How time flies! No sign of a voice and personality yet, though.

I think we should ban people born after '97/ Borachio deserves a voice and a personality before the rest.

But you vote by your birth year...

Or do you want to filter out the people who no longer post?

I encourage people to continue using this thread instead of the other one. That is all.

Use both!

The new one's supposed to indicate change in the community over time...

As there is no point to this thread remaining open any longer, since if the two similiar threads are supposed to show changes over time in OT and therefore makes most sense for there to be as little overlap where both are open, I've PM'd mod requesting closure of my thread here.

Please now post and vote only in the new 2012 how old am I thread.

I like the idea of this one being the giant, "people who have the visited/posted in the OT over the years" demographic thread, while the other one just charts the one's who are still here today. I don't really like the idea of it simply being frozen in time, considering it's massive sample size.

Moderator Action: No need to close this thread.

Regardless of the pros and cons of the other thread, I wouldn't want such a trivial matter to send VR on another hiatus as obviously he feels strongly about this. So in solidarity to the bearded one, I'm sticking solid and boycotting the other thread.
