How to give half price banks to financial civs again?

I want to give this bonus back to the financial trait, as I think this change is iffy, as financial now only has one bonus instead of two. How is it possible to do this? Thanks.

Find your Civ4BuildingInfos XML file. Find the Bank and then add

<ProductionTraits>
<ProductionTrait>
<ProductionTraitType>TRAIT_FINANACIAL</ProductionTraitType>
<iProductionTrait>100</iProductionTrait>
</ProductionTrait>
</ProductionTraits>

where it most likely says <ProductionTraits/>
