Ekmek! Your skinning guide is the first of all tutorial (in leaderhead category) what is help to make Civ4 more interest!:)

Sorry, I was unable to upload the files, my internet was kind of slow last night, but I've got a break coming up so I'll try to upload them then. Do you want both the .xml and the screenshot or just the screenshot? I've had this problem with several leaderheads (all from BtS and Warlords) and I found that when I adjust one of the color settings for the body, I can reproduce the issues in-game and I wondered if it was possible to change the color. That didn't work.

not a screenshot but a rar or zip of your blend and nif file
 
The blend file is the one that I save in Blender, right? I usually export my changes as a .nif file because when I last saved a file as a .blend file, it deleted the .dds that was attatched.
