Pellaken
The one and only.
A-1 poll, one with the most votes wins, second most vote takes deupty
B-2 polls, in the frist, the top 3 people are carried on to a run-off, and from there the top 1 and 2 are scelected
C-PM Polls, where you rank each person from first to last in each department, and send it as a PM to the elections officer. {info leader or someone else if chosen so}
A would create a system like so:
lets say 3 people are running for mayor, 2 want to build a school, and 1 wants to not build it. 60% of the people want a school to be built. when election time comes, the 2 that want a school split the vote 30-30 and the other one, gets 40, and wins the election, even though, its clear, the people want someone else.
C would take along time to do, thats 450 votes you have to count, and rank, and order, and mix, and match... you would need ALOT of time to do this, hours I mean...
B is a compromise
