I found this on my random web surfing the other day and thought "Hmm...This would make an interesting civ in Civ3" So, here it is: Sealand.
It also gave me the idea of making a mod with just civs that are not recognized nations, sort of like this, but more like Tibet, Chechnia, Kurdistan, etc. Anyways I'll see what everyone else thinks about this before I continue to ramble on.

People are already working on a Tibet Civlization from what I know. I know what Kurdistan is, but what the heck is Chechnia?

Sure do that, there was a sealand thread in Off-Topic some time ago, you might want to take a look at that.

In making this, you'll have a problem. Although Israel is recongnised, it should really be called Palastine. But the UN made their first of many mistakes, and gave away country that wasn't theirs to give.

xghost: Chechnia is a country in the Caucasian Mountains / a part of Russia, depending on who you're listening to.

And, Pleb, what are you rambling about? No one said anything about Israel. If you want to discuss Israel, go to Off-Topic.

Palastine isn't recongnised by the UN, and yet it is recongnised by many Arab countries. I'm saying, it's a hard one to place.

Thanks for the info mrtn. I am now more enlightened!:jesus:

Yah, Palestine could certainly go in it. A lot of these are only countries depending on who you're talking to, which makes it hard to decide which ones to add. The way I could decide is that I found a site for UNPO -Unrepresented Nations and People Organization, so I could get the civs from there. It will be interesting if this comes together

What about Turkish Cyprus? a bit too small though. Maybe the Basque.
