Ive been waiting a month and a half for this turn and it turned out even better than I had hoped!

Our only threat is what may be left of the French air force.

Quite prophetic!
General Tim de Gaulle announced today that France has responded to the German invasion with a massive (and most likely suicidal) counterattack. Bombers were dispatched from their home bases two weeks ago in preparation for the attack and could attack either of the two main columns of Nazi attack through Reims and towards Lyon. Turns out we were able to go at both.
The Southern situation was much easier than expected. French bombers flew into Switzerland and destroyed the Grenadier division there. We then ousted the Nazi puppet leaders and took control of Swiss Banking operations.
With Zurich secure, the primary mission in the Northeast was to concentrate fire on Reims, a city already severely damaged by prolonged fighting against Nazi invaders. As bombers arrived, fighters scrambled but some of those planes were bombed while still on the ground. But alas, the brave pilots were shot down. More bombers flew in as the weary German fighters were returning to base and eventually managed to destroy the remaining planes as they attempted to scramble again. A final wing wiped out a Grenadier division that had fortified within the city. This campaign was so fierce that the city was in ruins. Reims is no more!
Remaining bombers scouted the hordes of Axis troops that had advanced through Belgium. We eventually found a large encampment of units north of what used to be Reims. Initial reports indicated at least one division of Panzer III tanks present. A garbled radio message was received from the wing commander, saying Four divisions were destroyed [dance]

but communications officers could not discern through the static what other units were in the encampment.
At this point, Hubris overwhelmed General de Gaulle, who sent even more units into the fray. Fighters intercepted a squadron of HE-111 bombers near the airfields NE of Paris. A fighter squadron on the airfields NE of Paris was destroyed. Ground forces attacked and destroyed some of the Panzer IIs advancing towards Paris.
Less pleasant news from the East
Hess was apparently lying
again
about wanting peace in Poland. Bombing runs were apparently made last turn against both Warsaw and Lublin, and numerous ground units were reported advancing. Refugees continue to flee from the region. The few remaining defenders are bravely preparing to die.
The axis should have plenty of targets to choose from this turn.
