I need a Gov-Like civic item...

Like the title of this thread says; I need a civic chart that, if you select one of the civics, the others are unselectable unless the default first civics on each column ("NONE") has been reselected, and thus being much like a Civ III/IV merge...any helping?

You might want to have a look at this.
The description in the related thread is more accurate, it also allows, that one civ needs another as prerequisite.

But pay attention to the installation instructions. Will need some time to figure out how it's done right, but afterwards there are no more problems with it.
