As soon as my scratch-off retirement plan pays off I need to get a limousine. In truth I do not overly enjoy driving and so a car with a professional driver seems like a good option. I suppose I will have to have one made. I am not interested in appearances. One of those delivery vans would be both roomy and discrete.

OK. So that is more-or-less decided.

What in the world should I have in the passenger compartment of the vehicle?

At least the main seats fold into flat beds for long trips.
Maybe some sort of emergency toilet.
Wi Fi
A speedometer, and a moving map.
a fridge?

What are your thoughts?

A built-in smartTV, of course. So you can make use of the WiFi and watch some Netflix.

Some of the Green mutagen and decent healthcare ?
(Logan referance)

Fridge, of course, plus cooking facilities. It pays to be prepared for emergencies, so if your home burns down, you won't be completely homeless.

Why not just go for something you can refit into a motorhome (without it looking like one on the outside, since there are laws restricting where those can be parked at different times of the year)?

How much will you be using it? It might be more practical to find a car service from which, from time to time, you can rent both car and driver.

Me, I do have a car and driver. But the driver is also a handyman and a Man Friday.
We don''t take long trips, just 1 1/2 hours to my island''s only city of Tagbilaran.

You're in Saudi Arabia, right? Where's there to go?

A speedometer, and a moving map.

If you trust your driver you don't need these. If you don't trust your driver what's the point of having one?

I'd go all out. Find a rock band that doesn't need their tour bus any more and buy that.

Do you plan to travel short distances (< 200 km per trip or < 1000 km per week)?
=> any larger car / SUV will do - stretch Limousines tend to be quite low, so getting in and out can be difficult if your mobility is decreased (or you just get older) - e.g. the Range Rover SVAutobiography offers a special package with "business class" seats (cost is around 160k€ here)
If you plan to travel long distances:
Getting any kind of mobile home would always include the question: where will your driver stay? Do you want him/her to stay in the car with you or will you stop at a hotel/motel anyways?
As you will spend a lot of time with your driver choose him/her carefully it is probably as important as choosing the right car.
If you don't want to go for a full RCV you might want something like the Volkswagen California (aka T6) line.

I would have heating and air conditioning and windows that go up and down by the push of a button! I'd have places to hold beverages, and outlets to charge my portable electronics. I'd have lights that would allow me to read at night. I would have compartments in which I could store various items. I would have a sound system that could play music and news. I would have safety features like seat belts that would prevent injury in case of an accident.

What a fanciful topic, it sure would be fun to win the lottery!
