I actually believe in some sort of pro business government that regulates parts of the finance markets and uses the $$$ earned through taxes to pay for social spending. Not ideal perhaps but its the best idea that actually works.

Well, now that I remember, it was my brother's scooter. He and my dad left the back door of our car open (which had a scooter in it) at the park by accident. They come back 30 minutes later and the scooter was gone.

You should only shoot intruders if they are physically harming you or someone else

You wan to take that risk of finding out if omeone is a threat or not? Here a few years ago a guy tried that and was attacked and beaten around the head with a VCR. He shot the intruder and was charged by the police but the jury in these cases almost always sides with the home owner. a Kid is obviously very little threat unless they have a gun, anyone else shoot first ask questions later. I wouldn't give them time to react. Odd are even if you get charged you'll get away with it here.
