China annouces it has found a potential cure for cancer and AIDS.
AIDS as you know makes the immune system weak killing white blood cells while cancer on the other hand is unattaural continous cell repoduction. We have been working toward devloping a method to inject modified cancer cells into an AIDS patient with the hopes of making said cancer cells reproduce the white blood cells continously thus reparing a victims immune system. By the same taken the HIV and AIDS virus as you know attacks the white blood cells. We have been working on modifying the virus to make it attack cancerous cells so it can thus be injected. This is early research and very groundbreaking and very expensive.

We have termed this project IL-4 and we request aid form other nations to help meet the staggering costs of the project. 25,000,000,000 yuan (25 eco) We ask nations send funds and scientists to work with us in this most noble and glourious endevaor to find a cure for the deadliest disease known to humanity. We will welcome all who are willing to aid us regardless of political diffrence for this overraches borders and affects all.
