Treaty of St. Petersburg, September the Thirteenth in the One Thousand, Seven Hundred, and Sixty-Sixth Year Anno Domini
Emphasizing past friendship and co-operation between the parties,
Recognizing past conflicts and disputes among both parties,
Affirming the need and willingness of both parties to reconcile said problems,
Further Affirming the need for further co-operation between all the parties in the future in all areas,
Noting with satisfaction the moving of both parties towards better future relations,
1.
Asserts that the following joint projects shall be undertaken:
a) the establishment of a joint naval academy, utilizing funds from all parties, on Russian territory outside of St. Petersburg;
b) the establishment of a joint military academy utilizing funds from all parties on Russian territory outside of Minsk;
2.Approves of further joint projects to be undertaken by Her Imperial Majesty of the Empire of All the Russias, His Imperial Majesty of the Ottoman Empire, and His Majesty of the Kingdom of Sweden.
3. Further aproves of, but does not require, joint military campaigns and maneuvers to be undertaken by any combination of the governments of Her Imperial Majesty of the Empire of All the Russias, His Imperial Majesty of the Ottoman Empire, and His Majesty of the Kingdom of Sweden;
4. Affirms that from here on out Her Imperial Majesty of All the Russias, His Imperial Majesty of the Ottoman Empire, His Majesty of the Kingdom of Sweden, and their governments shall dedicate themselves to protecting the sovereignty of all parties to this treaty with the signing of a pact of mutual protection that takes presidence over all other pacts of mutual protection including those already signed;
5. Proclaims the creation of the St. Petersburg Axis as an alliance consisting of the Empire of All the Russias, the Ottoman Empire, and the Kingdom of Sweden and utilizing this treaty as its founding document.
