4. Affirms that from here on out Her Imperial Majesty of All the Russias, His Imperial Majesty of the Ottoman Empire, His Majesty of the Kingdom of Sweden, and their governments shall dedicate themselves to protecting the sovereignty of all parties to this treaty with the signing of a pact of mutual protection that takes presidence over all other pacts of mutual protection including those already signed;​

5. Proclaims the creation of the St. Petersburg Axis as an alliance consisting of the Empire of All the Russias, the Ottoman Empire, and the Kingdom of Sweden and utilizing this treaty as its founding document.​

Members of the Faith, of Allah. The world as we know it is changing. As so must we. Religious conflicts must be set aside for the greater good. The advancment of friendship and loyalty of the peoples of this world. A new era begins now, with the affirmation of signing of the Treaty of St. Petersburg. I as Sultan of the House of Osman, declare the Ottoman Empire in the St. Petersburg Axis. Along with the Kingdom of Sweden and the Russian Empire.

This treaty includes all things of Importance. Firstly, it covers military bonds of alliance. We have friends now, these Friends are ready to fight for our safety. And so should you people return the favor if need be. All members of the Axis have agreed to build great naval and military academies to train our officers. To train our men.

Secondly, a great economic era also comes in. In the future all parties involved will build large trade centers to help us all. The poor should have a better choice. And with these programs there will be plenty of jobs for all. And a low class turned middle class, leads to a better life style.

Now that I have discussed the Axis. I would like to carry on into a discussion that has been needing attention. Our brothers in faith to the east have long been under harsh life styles. There leaders are barbarians. We cannot allow children of Allah to be treated like this. The Persians need liberation.. So on this last sentence. I declare war on the Cruel Barbarian Government of the Persians. The people must be saved.

There armies will fight us. But ultimately we will prevail. We always prevail. Just look at our current state. We are the pinnacle of greatness in the Middle East. We are the leaders of our faith. We are the Turks. Power through Unity, Unity through Faith.
