Idea: New Hell Terrain About Sea

In order from most problematic to least problematic, the terrains that can hide hell are:

Snow
Water
Ice
Tundra
Peaks (move this one up on erebus)

A hell terrain graphic for water wouldn't solve much, gameplaywise.

I think the snow, tundra, and ice should be a higher priority.

Given how often Hyborem spawns in his own arctic fortress of solitude, it would be helpful to see him spread hell terrain. It would also be good if hell changed those tiles into something useful so that if hyborem spawns in a polar region he has more of a chance

very good point. this should happen only inside infernals' cultural borders though.
