If we go to war with Babylon do we want a ROP with Russia?

A ROP with Russia, would help us in our war against Babylon in the Eastern front, and allow us easy access to Mûre. They would even pay us for it – 20 gold and a World Map! Babylon already has a ROP with them, Russia would therefore have to break a deal to declare War on either us or Babylon. However, they have recently sent a spearman in to our territory near Sanction which they removed when we protected our Iron. So are they to be trusted?

Yes - but even though we had a ROP we did not trust them, and were prepared for their move. Having the ROP lost us nothing, allowed us to move our troops into position for the attack on Babylon (and to attack Russia now), gained us a bit of gold and a World Map, and ruined Russia's reputation.
