Honest question

Personally i would likely choose some alien arthropod titan, which isn't really in 3d so it would flicker at best and probably not look much like an arthropod in the first place.

If I could summon a demon it would probably end up being something like this.

Well, I have:

Bilateral Menieres disease, IBS or IBD, major depression, generalised anxiety disorder, excessive daytime fatigue.

Some things may be related. But physically my body still works.
