Apologies for being relatively absent here these past few months. Life has been rather busy. It still is to be honest, but I feel I can finally get back into working on HR again. I'll do my best to get 1.25 finished as quickly as possible. There will need to be a 2nd beta though.

Hello Xyth. I am a long time lurker and a huge fan of your mod. I just want to tell you thanks for all of your hard work. HR is the best mod available for civ 4 and is so good infact I think it makes civ 4 better than 5 and 6. Thanks again!
