Image Editiing help.

I know there are plenty of people here who have talent with editing images, much more than I ever can.

So I a wondering if anyone could change the word Milwaukee into New Townsville Also could someon2 add the numbers 203 and 204 to the badges, s it looks like they have been on their from the start. Thanks to anyone who can help me with this.

That wouldn't be easy to do at all. You'd need a photoshop demi-god to make it look realistic.
