I'll try but last time I tried to PM a pic I couldnt figure out how

I used paint anyway.

Well, if you have a digital camera to get the image on the computer (unless you have a regular camera and a scanner) you should have some program that lets you atleast resize it.
If not, crop (if you know what that means)
If you don't know, I just mead, drag around an image of your head, then copy it.
Open a new document and paste it.
But, you can't upload that 'cause Civfanatics doesn't allow .bmp files.
You can mail it to me (or somebody else) and I can resize it for you.
