Imaginary Persona Packs for Leaders that Lack Them

Only because we were talking about it on the other thread here's an alternate persona for Queen Victoria.

Agenda: Great Exhibition- Likes to recruit Great Scientists, Great Engineers and discover artifacts. Dislikes civilizations that compete with her in these areas.

Archaeological Museums have six Artifact slots instead of three. Each museum supports up to two Archaeologists and archaeological museums are automatically themed when all Artifact slots are filled.
Archaeological museums also grant Great scientist and Engineer points. Themed artifacts also provide science and Archaeologists may enter other civilizations territories without open borders.

Basically brings back the British Museum ability from the base game, with added bonuses. If used with base game only the second bonuses are part of her ability.

Cleopatra is someone who could be split into two persona packs

Cleopatra (Bride): Puts Cleopatra into a more hellenic garb, a draped white robe, styled hair and a diadem.
Ability: Mediterranean's Bride: Alliances unlock at Early Empire. Egyptian cities receive +1 Production and Faith for every Trading Post present in that city. Egypt and their allies receive +1 Loyalty in all cities, scaling with alliance level. +50% alliance points from allies with which you have an active trade route.
Agenda: Queen of the Nile (Default Agenda)

Cleopatra (Pharaoh) - uses Cleopatra's default model
Ability: Shemu: Improvements adjacent to rivers receive +1 of their associated yield type. International Trade Routes to Egypt provide +2 Food to the sender and +4 Gold to Egypt. International Trade Routes from Egypt provide +2 Gold to the recipient and +2 Production for Egypt.
Agenda: Tears of Isis: Settles adjacent to Fresh Water and maximizes food and housing whenever possible. Likes Civs whose Cities have high food outputs and housing. Dislikes Civs that have starving cities or insufficient housing.

Iteru halves the cost of Traders, in addition to the other bonuses.
Spinxes gain an extra +1 Appeal if built on Flood Plains.
