Well they introduced a new type of visa not so long ago. Apparently to fix the problems with the old ones.

Something about accredited employers can more or less regulate themselves.
Two things going on here.
1. Foreigners generally Indians and Chinese pay one of their countryman for a job position, arrive in NZ no job.
2. The companies can register to get accredited but until complaints roll in easy money. Very little oversight.
NZ has no jurisdiction over the scammers in other countries. The people doing the scamming are generally immigrants. Not to long ago 22 got charged 21 were Indian 1l Chinese.
30 people crammed into 3 bedroom house. Various visa can be upgraded to permanent residency and citizenship.
Then you can go visa fee to Australia.
