Attacked Lizzy but got stuck after she sent hordes after hordes of suicide privateers my way. Looks like the poor girl had no iron at all. Then Izabella and Dido attacked me again so I had to leave Lizzy alone for awhile, and she certainly used that awhile to get some planes and battleships. After I repelled Izzy and Dido, I had to put several battleships to rest with my frigates before I could upgrade myself. Lost my best promoted frigate to 3 GWB's and a privateer.
After the upgrade range+logistics battleships just cut through anything, capturing a city per turn. London took three turns, it was 115 strength. Then killed Sully in two turns, the first to take down his fleet and the second to take Istanbul.

Map was pretty harsh for me because I didn't block the Theddy's settler in the very beginning, I believe for better win I should have done so. Also, OCC'ing until Renaissance was probably not the best option and I should have planted a city or two after the NC. The best way would probably have been founding the capitol next to the mountain, in the place where Byzantines second city was in my game, and the seond city in the original capital spot.

strange thing just happened.. everybody except sejong declared war on me some turns back.. i am mid turn, kill an english privateer next to my city.. and right then prague becomes allies with england and declares war on me..

can anybody explain what's behind this.. my turn hasnt ended.. never seen this before.

She might have spawned a great admiral thanks to you attacking her ships, and prague might have had the 'We believe an admiral will lead to enlightment' quest
