not to be political but i like to point out that it's led by one Hitler (more of s evil industrialist) , the other Hitler is dead and the Stalin one was killed off. and I'm not going to be like "i declare war on all u" I'll go by either diplomacy or economic (since the helghast as a whole were originally a corporation)
You can sponsor any of the factions, each having their own benefits/downsides:
-The Brotherhood will use their powers to make your Chaos Emeralds more potent, so they have +0.5% chance of producing a Chaos Crystal for each territory they own. So right now, +8%. The Brotherhood will try to steal your ME shards if they reach 50% of the island's mass. You can't get them back short of conquering the Brotherhood. They also give all Master Shards a flat 10% chance of producing a Chaos Crystal.
-The Dark Legion will put 0.2 points towards your tech per turn based on how much land they own. So right now, +1.6 gpt. If they reach 50% of the island, they will look outward, trying to steal the Master Emerald shards, and you can't get them back short of conquering the Legion.
-The Dingos are too stupid to have much use. However, they won't try and steal your emeralds either, and may assist you militarily if they triumph.
Every turn the factions will do war with eachother. You do not need to meddle in the Island's affairs if you don't want to. Every faction receives ten armies per turn, or less if they have fewer than ten territories. Your sponsorship will give them extra armies; you can intervene directly on their behalf or just fund them(5 gold per army).
---
Completely separate from sponsorship is hunting for goods like gold, gems, etc. which the Island is full of. It costs 1 gold a try to find riches, with a 10% chance of success; success yields either 1-20 gold or 1-5 Chaos Crystals. To make this fair, anybody with a navy can access Angel Island even if they couldn't reach it otherwise. Your success is upped to 25% if you are sponsoring a faction as their forces will assist you(and of course if you request their help), but you will have to split the booty and thus get the greater half.
---
Emerald Readers: To use a complete Master Emerald, you must recruit either a Legionaire from the Dark Legion or from Albion(the island in the landlocked sea next to Link's nation). You MUST have access to the island to use these.
---
If the Master Emerald is returned to Angel Island, it will rise into the sky and become inaccessible until the Modern Age; everything will also be reset politically. Your vessels, if in the area, will be teleported back home.
Aid:
Dark Legion - 5 from New England, 5 from Tails
Brotherhood - 5 from Mexico
Dingos - 5 from Green Hill
The Dark Legion gives 2.4 in tech benefits to NE and Tails. This will continue onto next turn as well.
The Brotherhood powers up Mexico's Master Shards; any Chaos Emeralds that the Brotherhood's Allies have will be boosted 6% in their chances.
Green Hill's army attacks the Brotherhood's territory despite the uneasy truce the two currently have.
1-10. Green Hill army destroyed.
Now, the drawing of straws. Lowest number goes first.
The Brotherhood, Legion, and Dingos will attack in that order.
The Brotherhood now has 13 troops on the Legion front; the Dingos have 16 on the same front.
The Legion has 19 units on the borders, thus they are kind of screwed.
The Brotherhood of Guardians orders a full-scale assault on the Legion, ignoring the Dingo transgression.
2-0; 2-0; 1-1-1. 1-2. The Legion loses 6 armies; the Brotherhood 3.
The Legion comes next. They have 2 victories before calling it quits.
The Dingos now have 14 to attack the Legion's 8. Meep.
1 Victory and 1 Loss is incurred before the Legion loses a province. The same results in a second Legion province being lost. 3 victories and 1 Loss captures another Legion province.
Before long, it's just 3 Dingo forces against 3 Legionaires. The Dingo General commands his forces to attack.
...all 3 units are lost. Dingo idiocy wins the day yet again.
It comes around to the Brotherhood again. It orders an attack on Dingo territory, stating that the Legion threat is over.
In total, 2 defeats, 1 draw, and 2 victories. 17 provinces are now under Brotherhood control.
--
The Legion comes next. With 3 armies available, it attacks the Dingos. 8-3. 3 provinces are soon captured. 9 provinces remain under Dingo control.
do be aware that we cannot maintain the order in the governmental role. on year 4, we will do some massive reorganization. and the order will be placed in a paramilitary trole, as they are supposed to.
How the heck did you get the colored ellipses in the cells in Calc? Or did you just used paint?
Also, is Catstantinople's declaration of war only limited to nations surrounding him? I only want to know if others that are outside there diplo range are unaffected and we can resume claiming.
Isolatiuonism gives + 10% income, not minus. I should be at 27(28 if rounded up) income this turn, not 23 right? Oh forgot the +4 for Econ 4. That makes 31 (32 If rounded up).
I don't think your spreadsheet is adding right. Shouldn't Venoms be lower as well (18 Provinces and no tech should be 18 right? not 20)
