Imperialism 2. Is there a map editor?

I still play Imperialism 2 and I am wondering if anyone has ever made a map editor?

Is such a thing available?

I'm not aware of a map editor, but there are still people actively designing a new free version who may have the answer. Please have a look at the links (mostly live) on the wiki I've created at http://imperialism.wikia.com - and I hope you look at more than the links and even contribute!
