The middle east isn't the only place in the world that has oil ya know. If you want oil that isn't Israeli you can always head out to Venezuela, Angola, Indonesia, America, Canada, Alaska, etc.

So really, the oil argument doesn't work here. Plus, besides the oil (which was a minor topic when considering these provinces to annex), I need more land as to secure my position from potential enemies. I am surrounded by massive empires, who claim massive amounts of land when they can. All I want is two countries, it's almost nothing compared to some of the more outrageous claims lately.

EDIT: I don't know if I already voted for this or not, but a big giant NO to Tibet's claims. All of China? Really?

I will quote this just for the sake of clarity and alerting the international community. I believe this issue with unite all the ideologies and alliances of the world - socialist, capitalist, ODP, etc. - in a universal condemnation of the United States' aggression.
