Spain is cutting off all use of Mongolia, the Mathalamus Empire, Denmark, New England, the Pirate/Chuck Norris Country, and Denmark from using the Straights of Gibralter. No merchant or civilian ships will be allowed to go through, and any that try and violate the waters of the Kingdom of Spain will be boarded and all passengers arrrested.

Mongolia and Australia are at peace. Given that the Horde is allied with Mongolia its really (assuming Poland does declare war)

The reason is they only want to declare war on bordering nations, and Siberia and Poland haven't done anything to piss him off, but if Poland declares war in his ally, he will probably declare war on Poland.

How is that irrelevant? Mathalamus Republic isn't sovereign, there for your declaring war on a part of my country so you by default declared war on me. Oh and by the way I already have operational nukes so prepare for the Fallout you foo.

Carthage is considering Implementing a new system of XP Pricing.

Any nation Buying 3 or less XP’s will be able to pay at the previous 1:1 rate, but for Nations Buying 4 or 5XP’s the cost will be raised slightly. The new cost will be 1:1, with an additional fee of 1LP. The time of payment will depend, if you are buying 4 we will take a full 5XP deal immediately, but for those buying 5 we will allow you to finish paying next turn, possibly in a 4, 2 setup.

Before passing this resolution the Committee has decided to release the basic details to the nations of the world, and attempt to gauge feelings on the Idea. Could nations please VM us a response, as we would like to know how much this will affect sales.

In a standerd response to the new War between Mongolia and Mathalia (and other combatants) We hereby close the Panama Canal to all Warships of the nations involved. We also note that we beleive the Following nations have been at war since our Statement on further restrictions.

Mongolia, New England, USFCNP, Australia? (Unsure if you're still fighting)

Thus NO ships of these Nations will be allowed to pass through the Canal, be they trader or warship. In 3 more turns we will ban Warships from these Nations from Entering ANY of our National Waters. The Restrictions will only get tighter.
