Heinrich Greisner worked for A.S.S. (Austrian Secret Services). He was responsible for looking into the doctored photos of the "armenian genocide", which not only sparked a war, but quite possibly a world war. He followed the lead he got, and went on from there. He had recieved a note earlier on his desk.
It said "Don't look any further. I am the one responsible. I can also land you in the most trouble you have been in in your life. I can even end it.
Signed,
X"
He was shocked at recieving such a note. That meant one thing. Someone high up, in the Legislature. He had narrowed down the list to 20 people. 10 from the Centrist party, 3 from the Serbian Independance, 4 from Imperial, and 3 from other parties. They held the top spots in the government. Below the king that is.
He went through his list. Mendel Bistonk. Sigmund Erwindl. Hans Christiann. He put a line through the three names. They were innocent. Ivan Kalocsa. Possible. Borislav Popov, Dusko Princip. Innocent. Dragutin Dimitrijevi Apis. Always a suspect. It was down to two. Ivan or Dragutin?
He went and interviewed them both. He came out with reasonable belief that they were both innocent.
"There must be something I'm missing!" he said to himself. All of a sudden, it hit him. He had looked at 2-21. It was none other than #1, King Franz II!
He was dismayed. A loyal austrian that he was, he could not believe that the reforming king who spoke of the people would do such a thing. He was sure he had made a mistake. He checked over and over. But the result was always the same.
Now knowing the person responsible for the doctored photos, he went to look at something else. The referendum. He found millions of ballots saying no to the war all in bags in a garbage dump. He realised that the referendum result was faked. 89%? He spat on the ground, realising that the king he was loyal to had cheated everyone, especially the people. How to get rid of him, he thought to himself. He realized that the answer lay in his title. King and Prime Minister for Life Franz II. For Life. He decided that the only way to save Austria was to avoid the war, and the only way to do that was to kill the King.
He gave the idea out to Dragutin. He called Dusko Princip in, and asked him to bring his cousin along to a second meeting. He got his cousin to come, and they agreed on the plan. Greisner would confront the king, then Gavrillo Princip would kill him.

The day was here. Heinrich walked up to the king, and said "I know what you did."
The king was taken aback. Who dared speak to him with this insolence? Who did he think he was? Then the king realized who he was, and remembered the note. "I told you not to investigate deeper!"
Those words were to be his last.
"The king is dead! Long live king Charles!"
OOC: Disregard my orders. The war was caused by Franz II, and now that he has been deposed, the war need not happen. Political pressure has proved that it can do something.
Yes, I did throw in some real names there. I needed someone to assassinate a leader of Austria Hungary, who better than Gavrillo Princip?
