NEW WAR IN THE GULF. Richmond, CSA. President Long announced that the Texans intervention in the growing war in the Carribbean is an outrage that the Confederate States can not tolerate. Invasion has been launched of Texas, and President Long has issued a proclamation freeing slaves in Texas. He states "This war will not end until Texas is restored to the Confederacy and the Africans in their nation are freed from their servitude."
RIOTS IN SOUTHERN FRANCE. Marseilles, France. Communist demonstrators in southern France have caused multiple disturbances, forcing the police to retreat from the streets. Chaos reigns in southern France, and rumors of tanks in the hands of the agitators have not yet been confirmed. Military forces have been used to bloodily put down rioters, and civilian casualties are at an all-time high for French unrest. (+5% Dissent)
NEW MAJOR ALLIANCE. London, England. Representatives from Brazil, England, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Belguim have all signed a treaty forming a new cooperative alliance, and ending the old Low Countries Alliance between Belguim and the Netherlands. This force is a new, overnight, and considerable part of global politics.
REVOLT IN THE PHILLIPENES. Manila, Spain. Local nationalists have successfully begun a popular rebellion, and the island of Luzon is under their control, with Manila as the declared capital. The Filipenos have demanded independance from Madrid.
AUSTRIA LOOSENS THE REIGNS. Vienna, Austria-Hungary. With the creation of a democratic Monarchy, Austria has opened the doors for reform with a new, moderate political party taking office after Austria's first elections.
NATIONALISTS ARISE IN AUSTRIA. Austria-Hungary. With the lessening of Austrian control on their empire, minorities across the nation have launched a coordinated demonstration for independence. Bulgarians, Serbs, Slavs of all types, Rumanians, Czechs, Slovaks, and Poles have all demonstrated in the streets demanding nations of their own. Particularly violent is an organization along the Adriatic known as the "Yugoslav" Movement. What makes matters worse is the vast ethnic diversity of the Austrian armed forces. Finally, over 600,000 German soldiers have been deployed to the Austrian border, and numerous demands by the German government have been made for the Austrian-Hungarian monarchy to take proper care of its citizens.
DEMOSTRATIONS IN KOREA. Seoul, Japan. Korean nationalists have demonstrated against the Japanese imperial regime, believed to be at the behest of Russian instigators. The Japanese local governors have promised the locals easing of restrictions upon the Korean people.
ENGLAND WITHDRAWS FROM PANAMA. Panama City, Colombia. English forces moved out of the Panama Canal zone after a brief crises threatened the enlargement of the war to a global scale.
-Central American War-
DUTCH COMMIT FULL MILITARY. Amsterdam, Netherlands. The government has announced the full mobilization of the Dutch army into combat in the USCA. 150,000 Dutch soldiers have been deployed to the Americas to fight the Central Americans. This will indubitably have major effects as the French and English continue offensives against the enemy as well.
BRAZIL ENTERS WAR. Rio de Janerio, Brazil. The Brazillian government has announced its intention to fight alongside their newly found European allies. Ground forces and a demostration of naval force have made it clear that the Atlantic Alliance intends to fight this war to its conclusion.
ENGLAND DEPLOYS NEW WEAPON AGAINST USCA. Belize City, England. A new war-winning weapon has been developed by English technicians. Chemicals of a deadly nature have been manipulated to create a considerable new force in warfare. Prototypes of this weapon have been used in artillery barrages preceding an English assualt into the northern part of the USCA and in the Galapagos campaign. English officals claim that this new weapon should have no adverse effect on local vegetation and animals.
GALAPAGOS SURRENDERS. Galapagos, occupied USCA. English forces have accepted the surrender of the Galapagos islands, after a 27 hour long artillery barrage on the main USCA positions in the islands. 20,000 Central Americans have surrendered to the English Army.

ENGLISH ADVANCE FROM BELIZE. Occupied USCA. English armed forces have launched a major offensive from Belize against prepared Central American positions. However this positions were devastated by the use of England's new posion gas prototype, and the advance has inflicted massive casualties upon the defenders as they reach French lines around the capital.

DISASTER AT GUATEMALA. Gautemala, USCA. The Central Americans managed to trap and destroy an entire French division sent to capture the city. France forces were seen departing by sea to capture the city, and the local Central Americans were tipped off and prepared a welcoming surprise. An entire French division was lost for virtually no Central American casualties. Other French generals called off other marine offensives due to minor Central American assualts on the main French front (what do you expect, they're French ;-) ). Despite defeat, a large number of USCA military forces have been cut off in Guatemala, blockaded from the sea, and cut off by the English and French from other Central American forces.

DUTCH SHIPS SUNK. USCA Coastline. Haitian submarines, working with the Central Americans, managed a coup against Dutch naval forces, sinking a battlecruiser, a heavy cruiser, and multiple destroyers. They struck at the Dutch ships when they were supporting the invasion of the USCA. They were caught refuelling at the newly siezed port of Managua. Only one Haitian sub was sunk while escaping.

DUTCH LAND IN USCA. Managua, occupied USCA. Dutch army forces have landed at the city of Managua, capturing it with minimal resistance. However, post-invasion riots are plaguing the city, and fires burn as the Dutch occupiers fight resistance groups.

BRAZIL DESTROYS USCA FLEET. Lower Caribbean. Brazillian naval forces encountered Central American forces attempting to reach allied Haiti. Though the submarines escaped intact, the entire Central American surface fleet was destroyed when the Central American commander attempted to take advantage of almost even numbers. However, the local Brazillian battleship was sunk in the attempt, as were numerous support ships.

SAN JOSE BECOMES MAJOR FRONT. San Jose, USCA. Brazil marines and supporting infantry have encountered heavy resistance as they attempt to take the city of San Jose away from local Central American defending forces. Massive city fighting has ensued as outnumbered Central American forces attempt to hold against overwhelming Brazillian forces.

TEXAS AND HAITI DECLARE SUPPORT FOR USCA. Houston, Texas. Texans and Haitians have declared war upon the Atlantic Alliance members, unifying behind the USCA's all American rally cry. Haiti has already sent some support for the USCA in actual attacks against Dutch naval forces. Texas however faces crises on its own borders.
-2nd Texan-Confederate War-
CSA FIELDS NEW FAA TANK. Vicksburg, CSA. The new Lee tank, designed in a cooperative effort with New England and Canada is the Confederacy's secret weapon in the fight against Texas. These new tanks far outmatch anything the Texans have put in the field and casualties have been virtually non-existant as the Texan Army adapts to the new threat.
CONFEDERATE ATTACK ADVANCES. Surprising Texan border guards, CSA forces have advanced deep into Texas, General Patton of the Confederate Army has stated that he expects to be in Dallas by this time next month. Casualties have so far been light as Confederates sweep over Texan border defense and the Texans begin redeploying their army from ports to the new front on their eastern border.

I'm not quite sure who's in what alliance, I know most of the Atlantic Alliance, though some confusion remains over who is in the Commitern and other existing alliances, such as Spain's union thingy.
@carmen. Sorry i didn't mention this earlier, the only part of your IC you can use is the bit in the IC to spend section, not in the other. Therefore your orders for production have been carried out, but not the economy growth.

The update mentions that Managua falls to the Dutch. This may be the wrong city on the map. Please correct me if this is the case. I would like to know the correct name for the city.
