This is from last turns stats. You say I have 10 IC to spend, I spend 10 IC. I don't see what is wrong with that! If you believe taht I did something wrong, clearly I haven't been informed. But if you kick me out of the NES for spending 10 points when YOU say in the stats that I have 10 IC to Spend, something is wrong with you as a mod. Unless you do that for fun, and I am supposed to spend the IC per turn that I have, which you clearly said not to....
I am new to NESing, and if I completely misunderstood explain. If not, don't put 10 IC to spend if I don't have 10 IC to spend. I am perfectly willing to post my orders, or at least the spending part, as I even did the math for you and said that you gave me 10 IC to spen. 10-1=9. 9-1=8. 8-2=6. 6-1=5. 5-5=0.
No, the stats were 5 in each category when i updated. I'm bloody well certain of this. WHen i did it, I am sometimes not always right, so I will give you benefit of the doubt, since you aren't the repeat offender now that i think about it. My apologies.

Can you update my nations stats with what I said in my orders, including giving the one to USCA for the T-21 tank and spending the way I said in my orders. Next turn I will spend the 5 to ACTUALLY improve my eco.

The civil war across the English Empire will only cause needless death and destruction. We urge you as the Free English have offered a situation similar to what has happened in France. If the USER is devoted to peace as it says it is it will give room to negiotate. Now civilians in the English homeland and across India are dying because of refused negiotations. The Free English are willing to lay down their arms if they get a fair election in return. If the people of England truely want communism then they will vote them back in.
The German government also announces we recognize no government in England as the official government. The PRE has changed the government despite the people putting their trust in the communists to lead their democracy properly.
